Spectacular View At Mt. Kiltepan, Sagada

My favorite star exposes its intense white glow while it appears to “rise” from the horizon. But this time, there’s a sea of clouds which makes it more dreamy. Perfect timing 😀

Can hardly blame our ancestors from the distant past who had worshiped you. Actually, it made more sense ‘cos you’re truly amazing! I think you deserve to have this separate post 🙂

Also, If we humans were not too Geocentric to think:  The sun doesn’t go down, nor rises as the Earth is spinning around. 🙂

And here’s Carl Sagan’s quote to remind us this beautiful epoch.

It’s interesting to think about the consequences of living in a double star system. Maybe our whole evolution would have produced different results with a very different day/night pattern than we have now. But to have two suns (plus the size of the Jupiter is so freaking massive)?, It is highly probable that there’s no life exists. No single-celled organisms had evolved. O.o

I watched That Thing Called Tadhana with my sister. Even though I like that film, I didn’t travel here because of that (would tell you on my next post why I did visit Sagada, so stay tuned). I’m pretty sure that these visitors were also here to see the beauty of Kiltepan because of this film. To my surprised, it is super pretty! Glad we woke up early and caught the transfixing beauty of the sunrise from Mt. Kiltepan. Top of the world where you can day dream on ensconcing this paradise soon. And by the way, humans are everywhere. >.< Don’t say I didn’t warn you. But I guess, there’s still a day where you can experience the view without the overwhelming number of people who also trying to capture the moment, so you need an extra radar when will that be. 😛 If you found one, then congrats! That would be a great escape from the ludicrous hectic world.

Props to The Maker of This Video – AWESOME!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a song/s in this platform. So here ya go. I’ve always noticed the background songs in the film, especially if they were good. What can I say, I have an ear for the movie soundtracks. Most of the time, I remember the film not because of its particular scene(s), but because of the song being played. It goes without saying that music plays an important role in conveying an emotional attachment from the scene we were watching.

Watching films to relieve stress: definitely works for me. You would find me watching films before hitting the sack. This time, I’ve decided to re-watch the Contact. It was a film adaptation of Carl Sagan’s sci-fi novel, and was considered as one of the most powerful movies of the decade. See for yourself. Nope, not going to review this film, nor I won’t talk about those inspiring scenes. I just want to tell you my top song picked from the movie. When I heard the lyric goes “I want to be a spaceman… hey mother Earth would you bring me back down safety to the sea… ♪♫ I fell in love with the song right off the bat. So I dig on YouTube and Google for the lyrics to fill me up. YouTube never disappoints me and gave me this amazing video. Props to the maker of this video dated Oct.2014 – It was awesome!! And clearly as he/she stated in the video introduction, he had a hard time compiling those footages. So good job, man. Also, thanks as I enjoyed it. CHEERS!

Spaceman – Harry Nilsson

Bang, bang, shoot ’em up, destiny Bang, bang, shoot ’em up to the moon Bang, bang, shoot ’em up one, two, three (One, two, three, four!)

I wanted to be a spaceman That’s what I wanted to be But now that I am a spaceman Nobody cares about me

Hey mother earth Won’tchu bring me back down, safely to the sea? But ’round and around and around and around Is all she ever say to me

I wanted to make a good run I wanted to go to the moon I knew that it had to be fun I told ’em to send me real soon

I wanted to be a spaceman I wanted to be it so bad But now that I am a spaceman I’d rather be back on the pad

Hey mother earth Won’tchu bring me back down, safely to the sea? ‘Round and around and around and around Is just a lot of lunacy (Yeah! Yeah!)

‘Round and around and around and around and around (So bring me back down) ‘Round and around and around and around and around Safe on the ground

Hey mother earth Won’tchu bring me back down, safely to the sea? But ’round and around and around and around Is all she ever say to me, yeah

You know I wanted to be a spaceman That’s what I wanted to be But now that I am a spaceman Nobody cares about me

Say, hey! You mother earth You better bring me back down I’ve taken just as much as I can ‘Round and around and around and around Is the problem of a spaceman

Aquatic Invasion

They supposed to be wandering the vastness of the ocean.

Earth’s oceans are massive and eerie places.
My imagination often takes me to think what’s deep down there.
Does the theory in the Sci-Fi films like a giant killer octopus, shark etc. are possible?
I guess, the likelihood to have them in inaccessible parts of the sea was higher.
It really gives me the creep.
Let me enjoy my wild imagination, until science disproved that there’s no giant marine life killer.
Meanwhile, have your eyes be amazed by these beautiful species.
